I understand, agree and comply.

Storage fees apply 7 days after machine has been completed.

$5/day for late pickup. If machine is not picked up after 30 days, it is considered abandoned
Customer will be contacted only if parts, labor and deposit will exceed pre-authorized amount selected above
$8.50 EPA applies to services that require oil/gas handling
Customer agrees to pay a $40 deposit that will be taken off of their final bill
Customer waives any claims regarding physical damage of machine if not reported at the time of pick up/delivery
Customer understands Full Services or "Tune ups" are NOT a guaranteed fix to hard starting or runnability issues
